Each invitation suite is designed just for you and helps to set the tone and create excitement for your special day. I offer a variety of printing methods and customization, but one thing is always consistent - my goal of being a stress-free resource that you can count on to create your dream wedding invitations and add joy to the planning process. Custom fine art wedding invitations

Have you been looking for your perfect wedding invitations and not quite found the right fit? Wanting something a little more unique and personal? We can work together to create your dream wedding invitations. All artwork is completely custom and and is included with your designs!

All invitations come fully assembled with printed guest addressing and are ready to seal, stamp and mail.

Standard invitation suites come with the invitation, reply card with envelope, additional details card, inner envelope with envelope liner, wax seal, outer envelope and thank you notes as a special bonus!

Everything is customizable, so if the standard suite doesn’t fit your needs, we can come up with something perfect for you!

From your engagement to your wedding day (and beyond!), we can work together to create any or all of your wedding stationery including save the dates, wedding invitations and wedding day paper goods.

The advantage of having one stationery designer coordinate all of your wedding stationery is that they are able to connect with you, learn your style preferences and create a cohesive look that will wow your guests and be remembered for years to come.

The Investment

For fully custom wedding stationery, invitation pricing starts at $4,000 for 100 invitations.

Standard wedding invitations come with an invitation, reply card with envelope, additional details card, inner envelope with envelope liner, wax seal, outer envelope, and matching thank you cards for after the wedding. If this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll create a custom package for your needs!

I will be accepting applications again soon for fully custom wedding invitation designs. Together, we can create unique and custom artwork just for you! Once you join the waitlist, you’ll be sent updates and will be sent a link to apply when my schedule opens up.

After completing the application, you’ll be sent a link to book a call with me and we’ll chat all about your dream wedding invitations. A deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your spot in my schedule.

 
 
 

 

the Process

 
 
 
 
 

1) InquirY & Booking

To begin the process, join the waitlist to be notified when it’s time to apply! When I am accepting applications again, you’ll be sent an inquiry form to help me learn a little about you and prepare some ideas for our design consultation!

After completing the inquiry form, you’ll be emailed a link to schedule a design consultation. We’ll talk through your vision for your wedding day, timeline, invitation options and get to know each other over a virtual cup of coffee.

Following the design consultation, you will receive a personalized proposal along with a contract and link to pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive a link to your personalized client portal where you can view all of your documents and designs.

2) Design & Artwork

Before starting on your designs, you will receive a final questionnaire to gather the remaining details. I call this the “all the details” questionnaire. I like to get to know my couples really well in order to create unique artwork just for you! This questionnaire allows me to capture the overall feeling of your wedding as well as some of the smaller details. It will also include additional information about your special day, level of formality and wording preferences.

I’ll use this information and inspiration from our consultation to create an initial set of sketches with design options to choose from. Based on your feedback, we’ll continue to refine from there.

Once we have a finalized sketch, I’ll send over an addressing spreadsheet for you to start compiling your guest addresses while I create the final artwork for your suite. This is where it all really starts to come to life!

3) Printing & Production

After completing all the artwork and adding all the details, I’ll send you a final proof for you to review. Once the proof is approved and final payment received, printing and production will start on your beautiful invitations.

4) Final Assembly & Mailing

All invitation suites will be delivered fully assembled, quality checked, and ready for you to seal, stamp and mail (or they can be mailed for you!).
